Here are some of my more popular courses. These are suited to people with limited herbal knowledge looking to get started and find out more in an informal and friendly environment.
Courses are usually run at one of clinics or the Wildlife Area in Queens Park, Brighton. This area was restored and set up by Hedgehog Herbs and has 4 herbal beds containing medicinal plants representing the 4 main systems of the body. I founded Hedgehog Herbs as a not for profit organisation to further awareness of herbal medicine and promote engagement with plants and wildlife amongst the local community.
I also run regular courses and workshops at other locations including public and private bookings. If you are interested in any of the courses listed below or wish to enquire about other courses and workshops I run please contact me.
