Make a seasonal bounty of teas, potions & lotions using the herbs of spring; cleavers, dandelion, yellow dock, violet & burdock, all bottled to take home with you Spend time in the kitchen making soups, juices, ferments & tonics from nettles, wild garlic, chickweed, sprouted seeds & cabbage. At the end of the day you will know how to harness the power of the spring plants that grow all around into your everyday life The cost of £135 includes all refreshments & lunch, all materials for making remedies & tonics to take home with you along with recipes & notes.
