Herbal medicine

Herbalists use whole plant preparations and have a holistic approach to treating the whole person, rather than just isolated or synthesised constituents which only treat the symptoms.
Herbal medicine can be used as preventative, supportive and even along side conventional medicine, as a treatment to nourish and restore the general health and vitality of the patient.
As a general herbal practitioner with a multi systemic approach to healing, I support people who experience a wide and complex range of aliments. I have a special interest and expertise in women’s health and lyme disease, having supported patients and Doctors to reduce symptoms and co-infections. As well as supporting men, women and children of all ages I also run specialist, workshops and retreats to ensure on going support needed to improve vitality and wellbeing.
