I am a qualified Medical Herbalist graduating with a honor’s degree from the College of Phytotherapy in 1999. I am currently working at Herstmonceux integrative Health Centre and the Albion clinic in Brighton. I am a Member of the College of Practitioners of Phototherapy (MCPP) and with diplomas in Nutrition and Therapeutic Massage, I have taught at the School of Herbal Medicine, lectured at Westminster, East London Universities, Bader International Study Centre at Herstmonceux Castle, and consulted for the WWF and Neal's Yard.

Herbal medicine can be used as preventative, supportive and even along side conventional medicine, as a treatment to nourish and restore the general health and vitality of the patient.
As a general herbal practitioner with a multi systemic approach to healing, I support people who experience a wide and complex range of aliments. I have a special interest and expertise in women’s health and lyme disease, having supported patients and Doctors to reduce symptoms and co-infections. As well as supporting men, women and children of all ages I also run specialist, workshops and retreats to ensure on going support needed to improve vitality and wellbeing.
