During your first consultation I will take details about your past and present medical history, diet, lifestyle and any medication you may be already taking. This will take approximately an hour.

I will also take your blood pressure and any other further tests that are appropriate for your condition.

After a consultation we will discuss and agree appropriate treatment and I may give some dietary advice.

I will then prepare a herbal preparation. This may come in the form of a tincture, infusion, cream or tablet.

Please give 24 hours notice in case of cancellation. If notice is not given then a cancellation fee will be charged.
Medicines can be posted or picked up from the centre and home visits can be arranged.
We would like to recycle as much as possible, so please bring empty medicine containers when you
come again.
