About Julia Behrens
Committed to raising awareness about plants, healing, and sustainability, Julia has also published in the European Journal of Herbal Medicine for the WWF and Plantlike. She has also been on Channel 4 Food Unwrapped talking about wormwood.Yet the of focus of Julia’s work is to help improve the body’s own natural ability to heal itself by using herbs, nutrition and making life style changes so that the body has a chance to enhance one’s own vitality and strength. Herbs can be used in numerous ways, to help reduce inflammation, co–infections, regulate hormones replace certain nutrients depleted in the body and help protect the body by enhancing the immune system and reducing the side effects of medication or symptoms from ill health.
Julia makes many of her herbal preparations herself and as far as possible uses herbs from organic, sustainable and traceable sources.
