Discover the shoots and greens of Spring as you forage the meadows, woods and hedgerows of Woodsland an organic farm nestled in the Sussex countryside.

• Grow your knowledge on different plant properties that make them valuable food & medicine.

• Make tonics, macerated oils and salves with renowned herbalist Julia Behrens.

• Create a foraged lunch to share with eco-nutritionist Daphne Lambert.

• The foraged leaves of Spring are full of vitality, nutrient rich and food & medicine for free!

The day is suitable for anyone with an interest in food & herbs for health and open to people of all ages. Each day costs £135.00 and includes lunch, remedies, tonics & relishes to take home with you along with recipes and notes. We offer options for paying less if you cannot afford the set rate.

Woodsland Farm is close to Haywards Heath and easy to access by public transport or car. Full directions on how to find the farm will be sent on booking.
